PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – There is a local connection to a tragic apartment fire in Massachusetts.
One of the seven people who died in the pre-dawn blaze in Lowell was from Philadelphia.
Thirty-three-year-old Ellen Vuong was identified as one of the victims of that fire.
Her daughter and two other children also died in the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
