PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – This is Super Tuesday. But, is it really all that super?

Right now, there are six polls out on Ohio. Two show Romney in a narrow lead. Two show Rick Santorum. And two show a tie.

One message out of Ohio is clear: the Republicans need to get their act together. Surveys show President Obama leading all Republican challengers in Ohio by margins of 12 to 19 points.

A Romney loss won’t help his frontrunner imagery, but then again he will win two states in New England — Massachusetts and Vermont — and Virginia where only he and Ron Paul got on the ballot.

A big test is Tennessee, where Romney has been closing a bit on Santorum. There are over 400 delegates up for Grabs, but the voting is proportional – no-winner-take-all.

Rick Santorum may do well in Tennessee, Idaho, North Dakota and Alaska.

One must win: Newt Gingrich needs to take Georgia to keep his struggling campaign alive.

One interesting note: from Georgia to Alaska this primary will cover four time zones.
